A real person reads it. If something went wrong at a door, say which event and roughly when โ that is usually enough to find it.
Step-by-step directions for every part of the app are on the home page.
Common questions
Someone did not get their invitation
Open the event, press and hold their name, and choose Send their invitation. If it still does not arrive, check the address on their entry โ a typo there is the usual cause, and the app cannot tell a wrong address from an unread one.
A guest arrived without their code
Search for them on the roster and tap their name. That checks them in exactly as scanning would.
Someone is not on the list at all
Use + Walk-in. If they turn out to have been invited under an address you did not know about, the two are merged rather than duplicated.
There is no signal at the venue
Open the event once while you still have a connection. After that the door keeps working: codes are recognised, check-ins are saved on the phone, and everything sends itself when the signal returns. A check-in records the time the person actually arrived, not the time it reached us.
A helper cannot see the event
Invitations only appear for the person they were addressed to, signed in with that email address. If they signed up with a different one, invite that address instead.
Deleting your data
Deleting an event removes its guest list and attendance record. To close your account and remove everything, email us and we will do it.
