Companies
A company keeps one directory of its people. Its Admins look after that directory and decide who its Managers are; Managers make its events.

Your plan
Your data
A spreadsheet with a sheet for each of your events — everyone you invited, whether they replied, whether they turned up, and their contact details. The same columns as the record you download from the app after an event.
Guests on events other people run are not in it; those belong to whoever collected them.

Address, if the invitation should carry one
This event
Ending an event freezes its guest list as a record. Deleting removes the list, everyone's codes and the attendance record, and cannot be undone.
Team
Ask someone to help
Nothing is emailed: the invitation appears in their copy of the app under Events, for whoever signs in with the address you give here. It lapses after 48 hours.
Anyone with this link can ask to join as Staff until it expires, and you approve them here. Send it to one person.
Invitations
Nothing is emailed. The invitation appears inside QR Code Meet under Events for whoever signs in with that address, so they need the app installed — tell them to expect it. An invitation nobody answers lapses on its own; one that is turned down says so here for a week.

The manager owns the event and is the only one who can delete it or hand it on. Organizers can change the guest list and ask others to help. Staff scan people in at the door.

Removed from this list
Kept for 30 days so a mistake can be undone. Their code does not work at the door while they are here. Putting somebody back gives them the same code they had, so anybody still holding their invitation is not stranded.

Add people
or drag one here
An Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with a heading row. It needs a column for First Name, Last Name and Email.
Phone, Company and Job Title are picked up too when the sheet has them. The headings can be worded however you like — Email Address and E-mail both work.
Or bring people in from your contacts
A browser on a computer cannot open your address book, but every contacts app can hand you a file. In Apple Contacts, select the people you want, then File → Export → Export vCard. Google Contacts and Outlook both have an Export as well. Drop the file it makes here — .vcf or a CSV, either works.
Using Apple Numbers?
Numbers files cannot be read directly. In Numbers choose File → Export To → Excel, then use the file it makes.
The file is read here in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere until you have seen what is in it.
